Shipping

We take pride in offering free shipping anywhere in the continental United States. We ship via USPS. Please Allow 2-3 days for processing, as each order is individually inspected and reviewed. Additionally, please allow 2-4 days for shipping. 

 

Returns

-We would be happy to accept exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receiving your item(s). ITEMS SHOULD BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUMES, DEODORANT, AND ANIMAL HAIR. An item sent back after 10 days of delivery to the customer, will not be accepted. Returns can be requested by emailing support@hadleyandme.com and receiving a return form to send back with item(s).

-Customers can exchange for a different size or color of the original item, or be issued store credit towards a new item. We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds.

-Once returned item(s) is/are received, your exchange will be processed within 3-7 business days. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the completed return/exchange form (obtained by emailing support@hadleyandme.com) or it will be returned to sender.

-Hadley & Me is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.

-We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. 

-Any packages sent without proper postage will not be accepted.

ALL sale/flash sale items, doorbusters, and jewelry are final sale.

-If an item is damaged on receipt, please let us know within 5 days. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, Hadley & Me can no longer be responsible. Hadley & Me will cover the cost of return shipping in the event of a wrong item or a damaged item being received.
